Motorized Foam Transfer Pump
The pump body is equipped with a pair of main and passive wheels, the driving wheel is driven by the engine to rotate, and the two gears are engaged with each other. The internal space of the pump is divided into two working chambers. A is the suction cavity and B is the discharge cavity. The two gears rotate. When the teeth of a wheel are engaged to disengage, a partial vacuum is formed in the suction cavity, and the liquid is sucked in. The sucked liquid fills the tooth valleys of the gears and is brought to the discharge. When the gears continue to enter the occlusion cavity, the liquid is squeezed out, and the high-pressure liquid is formed repeatedly and discharged through the discharge port.
It is mainly used for the addition and transfer of foam liquid during and after the war; in special circumstances, it can also be used for fire rescue and transfer of viscous liquids.
